We were tasked to design a device that will improve communication in the mining industry.
Investigate and ensure that the system is integrated with the existing two-way radio.

Used sheet metal features in Solid Works to design the body of the displays
Programmed a micro control use C++ programming language.

What is Revolt Solar strobe light?
Proximity Device drops battery voltage on bakkies when parked and need to be jumpstarted frequency.
How is the Revolt Solar strobe light designed?
Designed a solar panel integrated with a strobe light using Solid Works.

What problem are we sloving?
Eskom ash dam overspills causing an environmental hazard.
How is the solution designed?
Used programmable logic controllers (PLC) to monitor the level of the dam.
Installed LOGO! CMR wireless communication to send SMS to responsible person.

What is Revolt remote camera installation?
A farmer is struggling with safety on the farm and wants a system that can monitor his/her livestock remotely.
How is the Revolt remote camera installation designed?
Designed a schematic. Constructed panels and steel work to place the panels on a high laying area in order to keep the batteries and solar panels elevated to improve their security.

- A Farmer is able to monitor his/her livestock remotely.
Our Patents
RAC-Display
RAC-Display is a two-way radio accessory that display the selected radio channel to the surrounding environment. The display also comes with an electronic fleet number indicator to improve visibility of the fleet numbers on machinery where required.
What Problems Does The RAC-DISPLAY Solve?
- Gives you a brief Idea of which channel the surrounding mobile equipment is on and the fleet number in extreme conditions for example when there’s mist, fog and when its dirty it can still be visible.
- Improves time of confirming positive communication.
Eliminates Unauthorized overtaking. - Prevents incidents and accidents (overtaking, exclusion zones, etc).
